Friday:
4:00 Captain and crew golf tournament, OPTIONAL
Trophies to winning team, low score
PGA rated 9 hole course 4 person team, best ball play
4:00-8:00 Registration and check in for show entrants on 2nd floor Meadows Room. Pizza and soda to be served
9:00 Roof top gathering for neon parade to the show site
Voting and a special effects display at the show site

Saturday:
8:00 Registration and show grounds open
12:00 Registration closes and voting begins
2:00 Voting closes
3:00 Show closes, breakdown of all displays
5:00 Dinning room opens with cash bar
6:00 Buffet dinner is served
7:00 Class and special awards presented
3 Awards in each of 5 classes
12 “Best of Show” awards
1 New class for “Pro” cars
4 Golf Tournament team winner awards
8:00 Raffles and door prizes presented

Sunday:
8:30 Buffet breakfast at your own expense
10:00 Gather at show site
Caravan to ESTA Safety Park in Cicero, NY (23 miles)
This is an optional, extra cost event for those that want to find out what their “baby” can do in a quarter mile. This is a sanctioned NHRA drag strip, complete with safety equipment and emergency medical personal on hand. We will be part of their normal Sunday racing program.

ADDED NOTE: make your hotel reservations early, there are 3 other events going on at the same time as our show. Make sure you mention that you are part of the PT Cruiser Owners club car show to get the guaranteed rate. You can always cancel at a later date but if they sell out you will have to find your own. Room rates range from $95.00 per night to $155.00 per night.
