From their website it looks like black is the only color for the top.

I drove a white turbo convertible yesterday. Sticker 28500. One dealer in St. Louis said he had 5 4 sale. I was told the base one cannot be ordered yet.

Agree with you, and am disappointed that the new 2-tone Dream Cruisers all have black top, too.

I think that 28g is too high for the PT GT convert. It should be around 25,500. That is a more praticle and competative price. I love the PT and all but why pay 28 for the convert gt when I can get serveral cars for near the same price.

The PT is made 100% better than the first two cars for sure. But the S2000 I don't know, I know Honda make some pretty good cars.

That why I love my N/A PT Touring Steel Blue w/pearl coat and chrome package for under 20.

if you go to the Chrysler web site, the $19,999 price is a special limited price. It must be a base with no options. When you try to configure your PT convertible there is no way to select a $19,000 convertible. The prices start at 23K. The web site sends you to the dealer page if you click on the special 19k convertible pic.

Just so everyone is aware.

Also, one of our memebers had their convertible delivered to them this week. Anyone else get one yet?

I read the part where they mention about saling 140,000 the first year or so and last year in 03 only 105000. What other car to date has sold that many in the first year?

How many of you veteran PT owners have had a PT since they came out on the market? How long did you all wait on the waiting list?
