Is it a Turbo Lite or just Turbo? Do you have to use premium gas? Welcome to the Forum.

Shouldn't hurt the engine, but the starter can't like it. Does it just crank and not catch? You're not touching the pedal, are you? (Just turn key).
I wouldn't put up with it - take it to dealer.

Thanks for the advice. I do press the gas. Next time I will try not to and see if that helps. It's a High Output Turbo. The engine turns over, but then it just doesn't start until the 2nd or 3rd try.

My salesman has an HO Turbo as well, and he was the one that suggested waiting until all the beeps go away, and then start it. I guess if no one else has this problem I will have to take it in to the dealer.

Great! I learned the hard way, too.

Just saw this post. I couldn't find it under "Pet Blanket", but I did under "Pet Pad". Here's the link.

I also found the blinds spots on the PT to be very bad

So here what i did

I removed the rear seat head rest

I also went to Canadian Tire and for 4 bucks bought those 2 inch round convex mirrors the kind your see on trucks and they came with two way tape and installed them on both my side view mirrors..

THEY WORK GREAT no more blind spots,, no more having to look over my shoulder to see whats comming up beside me just one quick glance in the side views,,I highly recommend them
