We (wife an I) also have a '97 Miata. The top is rarely up and we've driven it when it was below freezing many times - heat on full, gloves and knit-caps help. Many strange looks from other drivers. When I was younger I had several other convertibles (MG's, Fiat's...) and can remember driving top-down in the snow. What top???

So I guess I drive two 'girlie' cars. Don't have a problem with it at all...

My daughter tells me I have a "girl car" all the time...she keeps saying it doesnt belong in the same driveway with my GP (which is widely regarded as my "Batmobile")...I keep telling her when it stops being so much fun to drive I'll start worrying about its precieved gender...it dont feel girly when the turbo come on boost
