I have a convertible and I have trouble with the windows in the winter time when I put them down then up they go to the outside of the top this allows the snow to come in and the wind whistle. I took it to the dealer and they said they need to be adjusted so they did that but it still happens anyone have a answer to this it is getting me down

thats stinks !! as much as its a pain in the rear bring it back to the dealer until its right !!
