If you are talking about the weather stripping at the bottom of the window, yes. Every car I've had tinted has always had about 1/2 inch or so of tint below the weather stripping. When the tint is being applied and the window is wet, the tint easily slides down below it.

The only concern I had when getting my windows tinted was with the top of the windows. I was afraid the tint would peel at the top with the window dropping and going back up every time I opened and closed the doors. It didn't though. No problems at all.
