Default Spoiler on a Convetible

Folks:
Is there anything to be gained with the spoiler on a convertible Cruiser? I've seen them and keep on debating the look. Maybe if it did something besides looks, I'd order one.

The spoiler doesn't do anything positive on any road car. The speeds you need for the spoiler to come into play aren't legal in the U.S. unless your on a track.

However, if you have one like this and you hook up your radio antenna to it, you'll definitely improve your reception...

...and if you have one like this, your can jump out at red lights and finish your laundry ironing and save time and home.

Hey Mike, as Crewzin said there is nothing to be gained aerodynamically but I like mine for several reasons, you don't see many of them and this is a personal observation, I think that it improves the looks of a 'Vert whether the top up or top down.

Just my thoughts, others will differ.

I have been trying to find a spoiler for my vert. Where do I go to purchase one?

Did you have any issues fitting the backup lights into your roll pan

I really like the look it adds to the vert. As the others said no areodynamic value really. Kind of ties the rear of the car together. I got mine on Ebay painted black for about 275.00 a few years ago.
