Dust Cover For 07 Black Top

Hi Guy's and Gal's

I have a small problem! We have a 2000 Miata and just traded our /05 Caravan for a /07 PT Convertable My Wife had a /02 four door a few years ago. Now for the problem. We park in an Underground Hi Rise appartment and it is Dusty. I mean after six hours if you turn on the wipers a dust line is visable on the windshield ! Does anyone make a small lightweight top cover that could be rolled up small and throwen in a small bag like the nylon jacket's for the wind . Ok I am asking for the imposable, but it should be a great idea, and if you can make one send me the royalties.
Now for the second problem? Which Darn convertable do I take Shopping this morning?

Don't remember where...but I got one for under $50 that had its own rope pull bag.
