Can Heated Seats be added to a GT

Default Can Heated Seats be added to a GT

Any of you techies know if Heated Seats can be added to the GT Convertible?
Any idea what cost would be?

If they were an option, yes. The wiring should already be there - but could be hard to find.
Cost woould be whatever you would pay for finding the used seats.
I'd stick to the same year, because I don't know what changed year-to-year with the seats.

Well, I know they were an option...the manual also shows the location of where the buttons are on the dash, but I was wondering if somehow...if the wiring could be put into the existing seats???

If you're going to stick with your original seats there are after market heating coils you can install. I know there are some dealers here in town that can do it for about $150 or so (each seat). I usually start thinking about it myself when we get those -30C winter days

My 05 GT conv had heated seats.....so i dont know if its factory but it sure looks like it

In your case, I suggest you better call a mechanic. Services available at $100 up.
