Default Convert. Top- lining & trim loose from rear window

Convertible inner lining trim has come off the rear window. The trim that is attached to the lining. It's the whole way off, I am worried the top might tear or come apart. Thereís no leaks. I have searched a lot and the only thing I found was on a VW forum. They used cheap silicone and some kind of clips. I was wondering if anyone here has had this happen or fixed any? I donít want to use glue that would harm the linings insulation and is there a tool to push the trim on [cause it is hard to do even with the top loose] Any ideas? Thanks
