Cool 2005 convertible--Passenger window

I am always running so I don't have time today to search for and answer.

We know that when you open or close the doors, the window drops down about 1/4" and returns to the top when the door is closed. My passenger side window does not go up that last 1/4". Found out while going thru a car wash....not a whole lot of fun but what's a little water flooding the interior? It's a PT Turbo Convertible and all is well except that window.
Anyone got any ideas??

disconnect the battery and wait 10-15 minutes...that is all we do at the dealership and charge you $90.00
Also open both doors before you disconnect the battery
