Question Ok Silly Question time

I just picked up a 2007 PT Cruiser Touring model ..Turbo .. How do I get the dome lights to come on other than opening the door Also cant get the dash lights to dim or go brighter ...I thought the control was on the left side of the steering column in the middle of the same one that controls the lights ... but nope the only way I can seem to get the inside lights on (roll bar) is to open the door ...its a pain the butt at 80 MPH lol

That part of your MFS is bad...I had the same problem.
I replaced it when my headlights started coming on when I didn't turn them on.

Just watched a utube video on it ...looked quick and easy ...quick and easy scares me lol ...mine is the 2007 so the mfs comes out without the wiper controls and the part price isn't to bad either might do this now instead of waiting for it to fail

Yes, it separate & also there's no blinker on the MFS anymore.
