Default 2004 pt cruiser convertible parts need repair or replacing

Hello.I can hear the hydraulic cylinder making a bubbling sound when I push the button to open the convertible top. Also can see where fluid leaked from the hydraulic cylinder.I inspected the hydraulic pump and it seems ok,just low on fluid because of the bad hydraulic cylinder.I haven't been able to access to the hydraulic cylinder because I don't have a repair manual. I didnt want to dismantle anything without a repair manual.I have 2 questions.

1.Does anyone on this site have an 2004 pt cruiser convertible repair manual in PDF file?

2.Should I try to replace the one hydraulic cylinder or is replacing the whole hydraulic system for the convertible a better option? My dilemma is the actual value of the 2004 pt cruiser isn't very much.

Thanks for any help offered!
