Default Major water leaks! Help!

We've had a lot of rain and the trunk on my '05 gets water every time we get rain. It's starting to get to the rear floorboard during heavier rains. I checked the drain tube at the top of the trunk deck. Seems clear, blew air into it, even poured water onto the top and it drains fine. Still getting water. The top looks fairly new, like it was replaced just before I got the car. I'm thinking they missed something, like a drain tube or pan. Does anyone have insight to this? I can't see anything without removing the top, or part of it.

I may have found the problem, but don't know how to fix it. I have the top down half way and the passenger side of the convertible top is lower against the rear body than the driver side. Is there any adjustment to it?

I took a look on my 2007 convertible top and if you get inside the PT Cruiser and move the strapped cloth in that corner there is a strap coming down from the top that is attached to a bolt. Is your strap still attached to the bolt?

Yes, does that strap still have tension on it?

Here's a couple pictures of the back. I found a picture online that looked like someone had a seal visible below the back glass where the body starts. I see no such thing on mine. Anyone with convertibles that don't leak that can get me a picture?
