Default Convertible - rubber seal...

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to find the part number for the rubber seal that lives above the rear hatch/trunk door and the black trim piece that runs left to right at the bottom of the top asm. (see attached picture)

I can find the part number for the black molding, (0XC42RXFAG) but the picture doesn't seem to show a rubber piece.

Thanks

This old thread might help. It seems to be a common problem. The CHEAP FIX WORKED!

Now that I see what's being talked about, mine was tattered like that so I took a utility knife and cut it off flush. Best I can tell, that's just the back rubberized edge of the convertible top and serves no purpose once the trim is installed above it.

I cut this off over two years ago and there are no leaks or any other associated issues.

I'd take a photo but my daughter is out hot rodding in my PT. Here the picture from Danny's link.
