Friday, June 5th:
Vendors setup by
noon
Registration is open from
Noon to 8 PM.
Auto Detailing Seminar this afternoon (learn the tricks of keeping your car show-ready)
We’ll have plenty of new games to keep you busy if you have any downtime today. There will be indoor games, outdoor games, relay races, dance lessons, maybe even a good old-fashioned cookie walk.
DIINNER ON YOUR OWN or:
6 PM- Amish Home Dinner (
paid & reserved at time of registration) This was a favorite last year; eat dinner at a real Amish home and see how these folks live.
Light Show
after dark
Saturday, June 6th
Registration is open from
7AM until 9:30, reopens from
11AM to 1PM, and is open again from
3PM until 4:30 PM in order to buy/deposit raffle tickets.
DJ plays from
9 AM until 11 PM (this guy is great)
Cars to be staged for judging by
10 AM and judging to begin thereafter.
We will arrange for transportation into town while your car is unavailable. Food, shopping, and touristy stuff are plentiful.
More games today beginning at 1 PM for those that stay on site.
5:30 PM- raffle winners will be posted in Registration rooms.
DINNER ON YOUR OWN or:
6:30 PM Amish dinner buffet in Banquet hall (
8 – 11 PM- Sock Hop in the Banquet Hall (this is where the fun really happens, just ask anyone that was here last year) We promise you even
more excitement this year.
Sunday, June 7th
8:30 AM- Breakfast Buffet in the Banquet Hall- doors open at 8 AM. (
one free breakfast with your registration; extras paid for at time of registration)
9:30 AM- Awards Presentation and Slide Show, (numerous trophies) 50/50 winner to be announced.
