The 6th Annual Riverfront Ramble will be held on Saturday September 19th. 2009 (rain date is September 20).
This year will be a Meet and Greet format, no registration, judging or awards, just come on down to the park and show off your PT Cruiser. The Delco Cruisers all inclusive car club will be joining us again this year.
Enjoy the Pirate Encampment, Pony Rides, Concerts, Boat Rides on the Delaware River, Kid’s Games, etc. Take the free shuttle buses to the other locations (Ridley Marina, Chester’s Wharf at Rivertown, Marcus Hook’s Market Square Memorial Park and John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge) and enjoy what they have to offer. The Meet and Greet will run from 1:00 PM until ? at Governor Printz Park, W. 2nd Street and Taylor Ave. Essington, PA 19029
This year, due to the lack of a sponsor, there will be no judging of vehicles or trophies. I do hope to have Dash Plaques for the first 40 vehicles. Also, Fireworks will only be in Chester this year.
