i thought generally PT Cruiser already has stable design... never thought such things could happen.

That is crazy. I'm on 8 PT Cruiser forums and I've never seen anyone complain about the rear quarter glass blowing out. Not saying it can't happen. There's a recall on the brand new C6 Corvette to do with the whole top blowing off at high speed, so I guess anything is possible. See below.

I did see a couple posts recently on PT forums that people had their rear 1/4 windows blow out. I thought it was strange that I never saw such reports before. Turns out:
"The recall covers PT Cruisers built between May and September 2005." Sure glad I had my '05 before May!
