I would bet that it's not powered by the OEM 2.4. If you do a search on "PT Cruiser Limo" you'll find that the PT Limo comes in all colors including.....

That was a limo made for a Rap Group... If you look closely, It has 20s or bigger on the rear and that is amazing for a limo PT.
