Default The Day After Tomorrow

Just announced on FOX.

CHRYSLER SHUTTING DOWN ALL THEIR PLANTS FOR A MONTH STARTING THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW.

They are running out of cash and the supply of new cars on the lot is mind boggling.

Ford is also shutting down 10 of their plants for an extra week in the new year.

.

Yeah, it's crazy to think of so many plants closed for so long. GM is haulting construction of an engine plant where they plan to make the engines for the Volt so they can save their cash.

Yeah, heard this this morning as well. I believe they said over 40,000 employees will be "idle" for atleast a month. Nothing like waking in the morning and to get to work and being told that you will be "idle" for a month. Nothing like hoping for a Christmas bonus of some sort. No bonus, and, no paycheck. Merry Christmas! Thats got to suck. Good luck to all of them and their families. Hopefully things turn around.

Two weeks were/are a scheduled holiday with full pay! The other two weeks with unemployment will equal 85% of their pay. Not bad for not working!!!!

If it's Bad News...you hear it immediately on CBS, ABS, NBS, MSNBS, and CNNBS!.......and "Bush" will be blamed! If it's Good News, you likely won't hear it at all!

At least FOX gives both sides of the story! Plenty of pundants on both sides. Not like the above listed, and New York Times, L.A. Times, Times Magazine....and on, and on....but, they are obviously gushing with happiness these days about the election outcome!
