When I read through the first page I was thinking that it would've looked better as a pickup.

Looks like I was right... that is sharp!

Don't forget Chrysler's pickup with a Viper V10 engine.

Has anyone out there considered cuttin this thing into 2 pieces, welding the rear quarter glass section back on,doing a straight drop from the rear hatch window and mounting the whole mess on, say, a 4 wheel-drive Dakota frame?? I'm toying with this idea, though there's NO WAY you'd find a Generic Motors 4.3 in my ride. Strioke the 5.2 to 392 or the 5.9 to 408,we've got the best game in town already, and it fits our frames with No modifications.Show some pride in our colors and keep it all MOPAR. Will update you on this, us hill-billies are just crazy enuff to do sumthin like this. Let me know what you think, good, bad, or indifferent. MOPAR or NO CAR!! Bruce

shorting the whole car may not be a great idea as you would be compromising to much of the unibody and weaking it to much . if i build the coupe i have been toying with a hemi 5.7 conversion

My favorite was a guy who built his own PT pickup truck - did all the work himself - open bed, steel wheels, kinda left it in primer paint, but his bodywork skill swere amazing - think his name was Rory...
