Horn and Radio Screen Intermittent?
I can understand how this corrects a ground problem for the horn, but other problems supposedly cured are beyond my understanding.
The instrument cluster, gauge lighting, radio, and MFS (multifunction switch) are all grounded to the metal dash support structure (G200, G201, G203), not grounded through the steering column.

and horn works and but has no dash lights. i've narrowed it down to the main wiring connector that goes to the steering column.
if i wiggle it or tap the bottom of the steering wheel hard they both work!
