Thanks for link.
Not sure I like lower opening with no grill.
And whoopee - an analog clock..... wonder if it'll keep better time than one in radio?

Nope, don't like the "improvements". The new front bumper and lower opening is a copy of the Chevy HHR, more truck-like, less sedan-like. Maybe it's to cool things down better under the hood.[:I]

The new dash is WAY TOO high tech for the over all Cruiser retro flavor. They went in the wrong direction! [:0]

Improvements that should have been made are; a full set of gauges, a stronger automatic trans with 5 gears instead of 4, pull the hood and grill out an inch or two to open up a little more room under the hood.

You can tell that the original designer doesn't work for D/C anymore and it seems that the new guys don't have a clue. "Hey, everybody likes this dash in the 300 so let's put it in the PT, too."[)] [B)]

The dash is a mistake. The original is integrated and smooth. The new one looks 'tacked on' and doesn't follow the rounded theme of the rest of the dash.[:O]
The front end is okay, but not much of a change. I hope they didn't spend huge money (but bet they did) to change the bottom of the headlights and the bumper cover. I wonder if it can be bolted to older models to 'upgrade' to the newer style, or if they messed with the understructure.
The taillights went from Amber to White. Could be easier to change to all Red, but no style change there.
