No, I didn't record code before erasing, was rushed and PO'ed and had to more car out of there. Thought I would remember not having anything to write with but it had something to do with some part...

Well, I thought it was fixed. Took it for SMOG test and it did pass after agent told me to drive car at 50 MPH for 10 minutes to set sensors and PCM. All was fine (except brake and ABS warning lights...

No, I purchased Bosch Premium Sensors from O'Reilly Auto Parts....not that I really needed to replace the ones I had. The way this car spits out codes I could replace everything and still not get it...

Starting 12 Sept my thread "At loss with PCM"...I stated original fault codes as P0032 and P0038 and P0300
Changed two oxygen sensors then got code P0562, P0300/P0201/02/03/04, P0508 and P0038

Made it to front of house then car quit running, now getting code P0508 and P0038. Looks like this is going to be never ending.

My 2004 Turbo with 41,000 miles gave out and was throwing code after code so after changing the two oxygen sensors and getting a rebuilt PCM got another code showing the PCM was at fault, so car...

One of the PCM's I returned to computer exchange should arrive tomorrow so fingers crossed this will end my misery and my 41,000 mile car will once again be of use....if it can pass SMOG test.

Got a message from car computer exchange asking me to send back both PCM's so they can check them out, hope to get them on there way today...stay tuned

Thanks for that...so next step will be #1 See if computer exchange will take back PCM and reset or #2 Take car with both PCM's to dealer and pay the big bucks to make this car usable once more.

Just installed rebuilt PCM and after car sat idling five minutes check engine light came on along with brake light and ABS light. Checked code and came up with P1604

Started all at once, wife was driving car and it just quit. she was able to restart and quit again few minutes later...got worse from there and car was towed home.

Went out again to recheck for codes and got the Po300 then 0201, 0202, 0203, 0204 0508 and 0038

While checking for rebuilt PCM told that if problem not corrected before replacing faulty PCM the...

It didn't!!! Just about home from 50 mile test drive at 70/80 mph when engine light came on along with ABS, air bag, seat belt lights. Did make it home with engine quitting at slow downs and stops....

Not fixed. Just took car on 50 mile test run driving at 70/80 mph and was all fine until got about 1-1/2 miles from home. Check engine light came on, car started bucking, ABS, brake light air bag...

Thanks for these remarks and suggestions, I'll do this today including erasing PCM with Diagnostic Scan Tool. Fingers crossed that this is going to resolve my favorite car problems, I'll let you know...
