The fan housing is slightly warped but after spending hours trying to make the original bolts join the housing to the radiator I gave up and let the four top and bottom bolts get the car running well...

This is why it takes so long for repairs. None of the manuals explain the fan assembly coupler and it requires a magician to unclip it
