Re: Noise in front after new strut mount installation

Unfortunately I have been through three sets of these Moog arms with the rear spherical bushing. For me anyway, those sperical bushings don't hold up. I have had two sets out of the box that were...

Re: Aftermarket TIPM Recommendations

As well as a Dorman unit, you can go to the junkyard and get one from any 2006-2010 PT, turbo or not, and it will work. Get one from a convertible for a convertible and hard top for hard top. If you...

Re: Remove/bypass Sentry Key Immobilizer system?

Agreed on the troubleshooting. It likely is a wiring issue, as a skim module failure would be a rare occurrence. Check the connector on the skim to make sure it is fully seated. You could unplug and...

Re: OEM sub clarification please

I am not sure if this will help you, but it may. It is used to allow newer radios to be installed in the 2001 and older cars. Perhaps you could make it work for your sub.

Re: 2nd gen horn cover removal

Yeah, they are a pain in the butt to get off. A small hook tool works well to insert and pull the clip away from the tab. A real pain but easier than the 1st gen!

Your pics will help someone who...

Re: 2-row aluminum radiator & water inlet

I agree, a picture would help, but If the hose is simply too long and creating a kink, you can simply trim the hose until it fits without kinking. It will not affect the durability nor longevity of...

Re: Difference between automatic Turbo trans and non Turbo trans

Actually there is a difference in gearing depending on the year.

It appears that 01-04 indicated "2.7 overall top gear ratio" while 05 and up indicated "2.6 overall top gear ratio". I have...

Okay let me look into the cost of shipping and I will let you know. Any ideas on freight companies? I have never shipped anything big before so I am not familiar with freight shipping.

It looks like the drip is coming down the back of the engine and also dripping from the power steering hoses which connect to the rack, also at the back of the engine. Given that, I would suspect...
