Default Internal CD Changer Jammed!!!!

Help! I turned on the car this morning and tried to switch out one of the disks in my internal CD drive and it kept making a clicking noise and not ejecting the disk. Then it said "ERROR" and switched to another mode. Now I can only access Sirius, AM and FM and it doesn't even go to the CD player! Anyone know how to fix this w/o having to go to the dealer?

Is it under warranty? If so. Just take it to them & be without a radio for a few days( they have to send it out & get it fixed).
If it isnt under warranty, buy one off of EBAY & send yours to your local PROFESSIONAL stereo installer( no one from Circuit city) & they should be able to remove the CD's for you. Or you can take it apart yourself & do it( if you dont plan on keeping it).
Or they may be able to fix it for you. But normally if the CD's wont come out, it is jammed/broken & needs fixing either way.

I called the dealer and it is still under warranty so I guess I'll have to live without it for a couple of days. I wish it was located somewhere that I could get to easily. If it's just jammed, I could fix that!

It's easy to take out. Pop off the vent knobs, The center pops right off with a bit of prying. Then you disconnect the wiring to the rear wiper, ect. then you have full acess to getting the radio out.

I would not recommend this if you have never taken apart a radio, as you could very easily screw it up & also it wouldnt be fixed under warranty. The radio has a sticker on it that if the radio is taken apart it will rip showing it has been tampered with.

If it new & got jammed then i'm sure it is broken inside.
