Default radio, goes off on itsown???

My JVC radio which was fine till last week I just noticed goes off on its own? not the power, just the sound, it is still lit up but the music goes dead. When I push another station it comes back???? any ideas? Gary

Peculiar. Can't be power, 'cause it stays lit. Can't be wiring to speakers, 'cause another station causes it to come back....
Sounds internal to the unit...[:I]
