You need two sets to program a 3rd key. With only one key left (or none depending on how you read your post) I think your stuck with going to the stealer (dealer) with your VIN and ID to have them program a key for you.

Be sure to bring plenty of $$, as they will charge you Dearly for a new key. It has to be programmed and stuff.
And you got no choice but to pay the dealer.

So just smile and say
"Thank You Sir, May I Have Another?"

Buy the remote and transponder key off eBay. You can get Used remotes and new, uncut keys for about $15 each.

My dealer charged $12 to cut 2 blank keys. Then I had to come back with a remote and they charged $44 "for Half hour labor", minimum charge.
