I have the autostick, so there is a cover plate in the firewall where the hydraulic unit for the clutch assy on the 5 speen. Under the dash there are 2 13MM nuts. Remove them and the cover plate removes from the firewall. Drill it out (use a good drill & bit because it is 1/8" steel. Install a bulkhead fitting or a grommet and then re-install the plate. Make the hole bigger than you need in case you want to install gauges or anything else that needs to be threaded thru the firewall. if you have a 5 speed and want to run 0/4/8 gauge wire you will need to drill thru the firewall. Smaller wires can be threaded thru the wire harness above and to the left of the clutch pedal assy. Good Luck BTW I have installed 3 power amps in my cruiser all located in the rear hatch assy under the package tray holding the subwoofers.

there is no need to drill through the fire wall, you can easily thread 0/4/8 through the wire harness. I have two powers threaded through there. All you need to do is cut the wire to a point and shove it through.
