new radio no power + error code " no fuse " ?

Default new radio no power + error code " no fuse " ?

I just conected all the wires as crutchfield required but the radio did not power on and the error message NO FUSE keep flshing did I wired something wrong? or blown a fuse?

also whats the black line in the back of the stuck radio?

Sounds like you are talking about the antenna cable.

did you check the fuse ?? does the radio power up at all ?? time ?? station display ??

I've find the problem

be aware guys when installing a new radio u MUST pull out the IOD #15fuse that is located in the fuse box under the airfilter box in the engine compartment. if the expose yellow power line touches any bare metal behind the radio it will fried that particular fuse. I fried 2 #15 and I was careful. The fuse has a speical bracket so you can easily pull to disconnect. They also have a #15 in spare.....seems like they know we're going to make that mistake atleast once good think autozone was open today

Yep fried mine too on the second go around on my second headunit install. I bought a touchscreen unit and took a jvc unit out and put it in the wive's wrangler and decided to install my MB Quart modular speakers at a later date and sure enough all power accessories without the ignition on was out as well. That cover on the fuse is odd, the only one within a little black case. Has a flip top and isn't intended to be removed itself but goes back if like me didn't see the little flip action [:I]
