Amp Wiring
 

I'm want to run a 4-gauge power wire through the firewall... but where? Would some of you share the details behind routing such a cable and also the method of connecting to the battery.

In a mobile audio store they sell connectors just for connecting cable to the battery. They are ysyaly gold plated so they can be of some cost. As for a hole to run the wire into the cabin....I havent looked for one that well, but the hole the antenna goes through has plenty of room. one bad point is the battery and antenna are on oposite sides , so you have to buy extra cable just to go accros the PT.

TY CRASH! I swear my bro-in-law, my buddy, and I seaarched for a good hour and a half for a way to run my Amp power cord through my firewall. I hopped on here and saw this post, and the antena hole was perfect!!! True, I did have to run it back across the PT to the Bat. but its cool.
