Amplifier Install

I bought the Rockford Fosgate 8awg amp install kit, the only problem is I can't find a way to get through the firewall. Anybody?...please!

The cable that opens your hood goes thru the firewall. Look under the dash and you should see a round black grommet that has a couple wires and the hood cable already going out to the engine compartment. There is room for a couple more things to go through there as I have my Aooga Horn and undercar lighting system wires using that hole. You'll need a long stiff wire (straighten coat hanger) to push through the whole so you can grab it in the engine compartment and you can tie the amp wire to the end of the stiff wire. I made a loop on the coat hanger and taped the wires to that to make a smooth connection so it would pass through the grommet without cathing onto anything.

ah man thank you so much, I had my amp installed in like an hour once i found that spot through the firewall...now wheres the Horn located on an "03 GT?
