Removing Bezel Around Radio on a 2007

OK, I've tried pulling the bezel off and I am scared that I am going to break the thing into. It does come out pretty easy at the bottom side of the bezel but the top around the vents and the clock it looks like something is holding it other than clips. ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!

Also, I've ordered some 3 1/2" speakers for the dash. How hard is it removing the top of the dash and does anyone know if there is wiring there even if there isn't speakers there already? I ordered from Crutchfield so HOPEFULLY they will have instructions on all this but it is always helpful to hear first hand experience too!

Anybody? I swear, I think I'm breaking something around the vents when I'm pulling on it! I've seen pictures of somebody with a 2006 (same bezel) that removed the radio and installed a screen in it's place but nothing was said about if it was a tricky removal. HELP HELP H-E-L-P! I wanted to get the new radio in this long weekend ..... I may be searching EBAY for a new bezel before it's all over

From what i understand there are two screws, one in each AC vent that need to be removed in order to get the bezel off

That is exactly what there is. One screw in the botom of each vent. Open the vents and look into them you'll see it.

It took me 15 minutes after I found the screws to replace my standard stereo with the 6disc high end model! Now to install the 3 1/2" dash speakers when they get here and I will be very pleased ............. for now
