05 GT Convertible speaker removal help

Hi Everyone. New to the forum. Would like to change the front and rear speakers in my 2005 GT convertible myself. Already changed my stock deck to an Alpine CDA-9885, no problem. However, never changed front speakers on a door with Air bags. If I remove the front door panels, will the air bags activate, and if not, is there a special way to put the door panels back in so it doesnt affect the air bags? Or is the removal and install exactly the same as any other install without airbags?

Also, I looked at the back speakers, and the grills seem to be a part of the panels. How do I remove the panels and remove the rear speakers? Anyone changed the rear speakers and have the install procedure? Appreciate the help from fellow PT Cruiser enthusiasts! Thanks!

Dear Bob, I have the same car What did you find out and it would be great if you could outline what system you put in,

What size did you put in the door and what about components- Did you put the tweets in the dash?

What size were the rears?

DID YOU NEED A DASH KIT??

FOR THE ALPINE????

Seat belts should never be repaired only REPLACED.Sorry but thats tats what needs to be done. Safety first.
