What model Polks?
It's the Polk db351.

Like MrDoom said, they fit like a glove with the factory grille.

I don't know how many times I have called to order and been told that something wouldn't work when I knew that it would or told that the reason it said it would fit factory location is because "it doesn't have to look pretty" (When you get paid to install these things for people it certainly matters) Just glad that this one is the second car for my own use. I will see what I can manage with my dremel, though a roadtrip to Canada doesn't sound bad. Thanks again for the info.

EDIT Man those polk's fit like a freaking glove in there. Any tighter and it would just be too much. Thanks for the help with it, the info here helped a lot.
Did you take any pics of your hard work? I must say this forum is addictive.... I put staggered rims on about two weeks ago, now im seriously thinking about changing my speakers out for christmas.

Yeah the 2008 speakers are in the rear door. I took a look at em while working on led's in the storage cubby.

I forgot and missed that you were the guys asking about rear speakers on a 2008.

Since they are in the doors, I imagine that it's close to the front speakers removal...look for screws on the door panel and inside the handle and then un-snap the panel.
