Hey, I'm not sure about all the warranty stuff, but if you would like to get a whole new system let me fill you in a little bit. Can you mix n match speakers with subs and amps, yes. You can have different kind of audio set up, but I recommend having all the speakers the same kind. For example I'm getting mine installed Monday here is my set up

Boston Acoustic s65 Speakers
Single 12 inch Sub and Amp- JL couldn't find a picture.
Also got Dynamat door and trunk kit.
