question about speakers?

i have an 2007 touring and i believe (dont hold me too it but i think i do) i have boston acoustic speakers. well....one of the speakers blew in the back and it rattles and its uber annoying. my car is still under warranty...if i brought it down...would i be able to get that speaker replaced? or am i out of luck? also...if i have boston acoustics...would it be a good idea to get a new sound system? i kinda wanted to add a sub in the back...but will it work with the boston acoustics? or should i just get a whole new system all together?

Hey, I'm not sure about all the warranty stuff, but if you would like to get a whole new system let me fill you in a little bit. Can you mix n match speakers with subs and amps, yes. You can have different kind of audio set up, but I recommend having all the speakers the same kind. For example I'm getting mine installed Monday here is my set up

Boston Acoustic s65 Speakers

Single 12 inch Sub and Amp- JL couldn't find a picture.

Also got Dynamat door and trunk kit.

Well i went to a local well known audio store. Audiocommunications.com they don't have an amazing website but I'll be sure to post pictures when finished to show how it looks. But if i were you i'd google a local store or ask any friends of a well known one

Yes, speakers can be replaced under warranty. I had mine (all 6) changed few years ago.
