Never heard of Fusion, but I would check the specs on it. I don't personally like using a 4-channel amp through one speaker.. Some newer amps have an automatic bridging capability where you wire it a certain way and the amp bridges itself. If it has that, like my 2-channel Sony does, then I'd go for it. If not, you'd be better off finding a mono or a dual-channel amp from a better brand name (for warranty purposes, reliability, etc.) and probably a higher output.
Just my opinion. On the other hand, someone may come through here and tell you Fusion amps are the best they've ever used.. world's a funny place.

Your problem is gonna be wiring it. It's great that it's free and all, and if you have it wired correctly, that's even better. But you have to do your research. If you wire an amp that needs to sense a 4ohm load to a 2ohm sub, you're not going to hear anything. And vice versa, if you wire an amp in a 2ohm setup that is only supposed to run at 4ohms, say goodbye to your amp. It's tricky. That's why I like mono/dual-channel amps. Much less complicated.
Edit: Thought about it after I posted this.. it's not necessarily that it's COMPLICATED, it's simply that 4-channel amps weren't made to be bridged. In all likelihood, you'll be able to bridge it to two channels, but I don't see any way for you to bridge all four channels into one.. And 65-watts of power through your sub is most likely not gonna bring a smile to your face..

Trust me, I'm not trying to burst your bubble here. A free amp is a free amp. You may want to consider using it for your front/rear speakers anyway. I'm just saying that wiring a 4-channel amp to a single channel isn't exactly a walk in the park, that's all.
