Default Rear speakers in a 2009

I'm thinking about adding another set of speakers in the D-pillars but the trim panel doesn't have a grille built into it to allow the sound through. It's way too curvy to mount the grille that comes with any speakers, too.

How would you go about making this work? Are there trim pieces from an earlier model year that would fit and give me what I'm looking for?

I'm surprised nobody is making aftermarket replacements with integrated speaker grilles.

I guess I'll take them by an auto stereo shop and see what they can do with them. Adding speakers there really livens up the listening environment.
