2006 Touring speaker sizes?

I have a 06 touring non convertible, dont think it has the boston system.
I am putting in a Kenwood X993, and want to upgrade the front and rear door speakers. What size are the door speakers? When I measure across the door panel molded grill its about 5", but Im guessing by previous threads that the speakers might be 6.75? Should I replace the dash speakers? I wasnt planning on replacing the dash speakers unless it is absolutely necessary.

Also, are good speakers to go with, matched to this head unit?

I Put 6 1/2' power acoustik speakers in my doors, then if you wanna change out the dash tweeters, you will need 3.5 in speakers,

heres a pic of the door panel and door, take a look at the back of the door panel so you no were all the tabs are, theres 2 bolts you will have to undo.

my doors are the only speakers not amped in my car, just so i can throw the switch and turn my amps off and still have music.
