I'm at the point where I wanted to replace the stock system in the PT with something better, and I bought a Clifford Matrix 1x to do the job. The install is now finished! Unfortunately, the installer turned the key with the front dash off, so my PT is now showing an airbag indicator.
... and disconnecting the battery cable for 5 minutes isn't clearing it, nor is it coding (I wiped the bank anyway, no dice.) So, I'm guessing they either damaged the sensor when they went to loom everything, or the warning takes longer to clear. Last edited by Kell; 26 Sep 2010 at 01:43 am. |
