Yeah

I'm gonnna have to try Napster, I'm all signed up. At the least I need to go get my five free downloads. BTW,I have two HDs (60/120) dedicated to digital music storage and audio video crap. Also this is where it's nice to have an aftermarket CD changer installed. My 6 disk factory changer is being used as a bookend for my vinyl collection.

Since I took the car in last Friday afternoon the CD changer probably wasn't sent back to Chrysler until Monday (12/15/03). Assuming they received it on Tuesday or Wednesday they would then ship it to their repair facility. I don't expect anyone will even look at it until next week at the very earliest. They may not get to it until after Christmas. Then have to wait for the CD's to be shipped back to the dealership. I'm willing to give the whole process some time. Rome wasn't built in day!

would have been nice if the dealer just gave you the cash equivalent of the cd's since they couldn't fix the problem in-house.

Dealerships are such a rip off. Im realatively new here, but some of the members speaking may know about my tire problems. First it was 2 bad tires from a vibration then a bad alignment, then a bad torque pull, in total its about 150 and 5 dealer visits and 2 Goodyear visits. They even left a drill bid mark and my front bumper that left a groove in it, which they ate like bad cheese 250. Stupid dealerships. If your part wasn't under warranty I would have just taken it out myself and unscrewed it, then lifted the CD's out. I know that player is upwords of 250 total so its better if covered under warranty.

No.....still waiting to hear from the dealership. Guess I will give them a call next week (12/29/03). But as I mentioned in my previous post, I really don't expect to get them back until after the New Year.
