Humm;

I would just buy one brand new for $55 instead of buying a used one for $50; plus have a few hours of your time used for an install.

And I wouldn't get a 300 RMS subwoofer. It probably won't be enough bass for you. 500 or 600 RMS is more like it.

Just like the game musical chairs; people play musical subwoofers. Check out the dude that posted on here last week, he has 2 12" subwoofers in a box; and wanted to cut 2 more holes in it to put 4 subwoofers in it.

Clearly, that is a horrible idea. But it paints the picture. Entry level stuff usually doesn't satisfy, and people upgrade OFTEN! I am sure he is getting rid of the subwoofer because he wants something better. Don't be the fool to pick up an entry level sub for the same price you can buy it new; when there is a good chance you won't be happy with it; and you can get something much better for a few beans more.

Get something decent the first time; and be done with it. This kicker comp is an entry level sub, it's used, it's the same price as a new one, and you would have to provide a few hours of services for him? NO WAY!

I would suggest you get this one instead for $55 bucks; and is 1,000 RMS (330% more powerful; $15 bucks more expensive, and you don't have to waste a saturday or sunday doing an install for someone else.

See; people always looking to upgrade when they have entry level stuff.

Check out this thread Wolf,

Many people have entry level subs, and play 'musical subwoofers' and try to sell their garbage. Get something nice the first time, and be done! It's just about the same price, so why not?

Check out this thread...
4 subs??

The dude at best buy also couldn't believe the price he paid for high end subwoofer; or his 1,500 RMS amp either.
