I have the factory mopar sub in my 2002 pt cruiser. It suddenly just quit working. I replace the 10 amp fuse and it keeps blowing the fuse. Can somebody help me solve the problem.

Sounds like a pinched wire or a short. I would trace the wiring all the way in the back. Maybe even lay it out ontop of carpet and then test it.
Since this gets powered from radio to, does it bow the fuse if you unhook it from the radio? If so, then something wrongs with the radio, not the sub.

I pulled out all the wiring from the dash and nothing looked pinched. I tried it with the wiring stretched out and it still blew the fuse. I tried it with the just factory radio hook up and it didnt blow but when I tried to hook the sub up the fuse blew. Can the fuse connections be bad?

not normally, but is possbile i guess.
What about where it plugs into the sub box, is the wire out all the way in the rear? If you got an ohms meter you can test continuity beteen the wires unplugged, that will show a short if you have one. The amp in the box may be shorted on the board (blowed amp) and you may can get tha amp by itself from Cass (subcruiser on ebay)

How do I test the amp?

I dont remember the pin outs on it but check to see if the voltage input (positive) is shorted to ground. If it is them the amp is usually a rectifier.
Unless you have a schematic of the circuit board and know what to look for, its cheaper to buy another.
