Default Help Identify Auxiliary Input Adapter

I purchased this adapter and it doesn't fit my 2005. Please view the photos and let me know what model this may fit. I will be selling it cheap after its identification. Thanks.....

There is no model no. visible in either photo...I don't even see a brand name on it. Does the back of the package have any info?

My auxiliary input is a mini din, exactly like a walkman (mp3 player) headphone plug.

There is no info on the package at all. That's why I am showing the picture of the connections.

I have no idea, the only thing I can suggest is to post it on other Chrysler boards.

I found a site that sells the correct adapter if you are interested...actually 2, but they are both around $120.00. If you are interested I can post it.

Some Chrysler car radios came with a CD changer. If it did not come with the changer then most likely the car did not come with the radio that would accept one.
That adapter appears to be for the radio models that had the changer and that din plug went into the din changer plug on the back of the radio. Not sure why the video wire is there as it will only work with a car with a video display.

How many pins are in the plug? I think you would need a stereo with changer capabilities to use this.

That auxiliary audio input interface only works on the older Chrysler radios, 1998 to 2001 they have the round plug, the 2002 and up pt cruiser comes with the 10 pin plug, to input audio radio needs to have a mode button
