I never noticed it before. During daylight you can't even see them. Kinda adds character don't ya think.......

yes it does resemble a smiley face. I guess that what you see when you hear that loud ass horn behind you. Its saying "You cut me off, now watch the front of the PT smile but the driver has a different message."
