Default New System

I just installed a 10" 300W audiobahn sub with a 400W SPL amp. Man does that thing hit. I placed the sub into a sealed Q-Logic box, and mounted the amp onto the back of the box. The whole setup is in the back of the PT, with the seats up and the privacy cover over it. Everything in the car rumbles, but doesn't rattle. If I crank it, you can barely hear the sub outside of the car, it's almost like DC knew that PT owners would want to install subs into their PT. I think this is one of the best investments I've put into the car. Just my ten cents for those of you considering putting some rumble in your PT, and worried about the car rattling and the neighbors complaining.

Sweet, but you really should find a different place to mount that amp. It gets hella vibrations from the sub and it's kinda rough on your amp.

hehe and i just picked up a dei amp from a guy for $175.00
5 channels, he had it installed for all of 2 weeks and wants to go a different route with his competition car. the amp retails for $499
DEI is the parent company of Orion, Viper, Precision Power..buncha others
