lol, was just getting ready to ask where the link was.

This is the same one from my review at the top of this sub-section. I think I paid about $210 for mine and it was worth every penny. If you're looking for a solid box snatch one of these up, if for no other reason than that's a helluva good price.

That box takes up the entire rear hatch. I suppose that if you don't use the rear then it will be fine. But if you do use it to carry stuff, then here's a thought. I have a single 10" Q-Logic box that I bought from Best Buy and it is awesome. I can still use a lot of the room in the rear hatch, and the box moves pretty easily. I'm running a 300W sub, and it's more than I can personally handle. The hairs on the back of my head stand on end, and I have to yell if someone is riding with me. If anyone sits in back, they always ask me to turn the sub down, too much boom boom for the back seat. I bought my box for $70. The amazing thing is when I crank it with the windows up, you can barely hear it outside of the vehicle. DC makes some damn well insulated cars.

I checked out the link that looks good. But I also wonder could you mount that on the top shelf and save space on the bottom have you tried that?

ChromedCruiser: It only takes up the floor space below that first set of rails and you can set the tray right on top of it if you need room for groceries - it's what I do every shoppin' trip.

Stirfry: I haven't personally tried to set them on the upper rack but I'll see if ya can this afternoon. It will certainly fit in the rails but it may be a little too meaty for the hatch to shut. Also the box with subs weighs in around +70lbs. That's a fair amount to be trusting to those abs rails.

I too have installed the PT Q-Logic 10" subenclosure box; as others using this piece have realized, it is awesome. To create a little more functionality, I mounted rubber furniture leg pads to the bottom of the tray, so I can place the tray directly on top of the box. With the rear seats folded and the tray on top of the sub box, the load area is nearly flat. For more space, the sub box is easily removed in about 2 mins. By the way, 500 watts RMS continuous Rockford-Fosgate power + 2 JBL GT100's (ya there ol' school) = enough bass to rattle the bony parts in your throat!

Finally had a sec to swap the box around. Yes it will fit in the upper rails. It's a bit loose compared to resting on the lower rails so if you're dead set on putting it on the uppers I'd screw down into the rails to be sure it doesn't bounce. Having taken a ride down the road with it there I wouldn't suggest anyone do it. It really hurts the sound. Having it on the uppers seems to steal a little bit of the low-end from the subs and really flattens the mid tones. Mine will be returning to the lower rails A.S.A.P.
