HOW DO I MAKE MY STOCK STEREO I POD OR SMART PHONE COMPATIBLE?

Default HOW DO I MAKE MY STOCK STEREO I POD OR SMART PHONE COMPATIBLE?

I's there a easy way to make the oem head unit connect to my phone or Ipod without sending off to be modified?

I used my aux for a time being but the sound was bad.

Then I got an usb adapter, It stopped working.

I just got a new head unit, sounds alot better too

RF modulator, not the greatest quality, tune the fm radio to the right freq and away you go. Best/cheapest way without modding the stock radio.

There are 2 ways to input audio into the Pt cruiser radio, auxiliary audio input or iPod interface, both will plug into the back of the radio
radio needs to have a mode button or CDC button to control the device

Auxiliary input adapter

iPod interface

make sure to purchase from a good source ebay sellers are selling old units that don't work with iPhone 4

Actually;If you have the factory cd w/cassette.....This is the easiest & fastest thing,and has good sound quality.(I use one for the factory cd/cassette in my Ranger for my portable DVD player.)...One of these: Car Cassette Tape Adapter Converter for MP3 4 iPhone4 4S iPod Touch Nano CD MD | eBay (I guess everybody forgot about these!lol)

Yes she was doing that before. But I got a great deal on a 6 disk unit. It doesn't have the cassette player anymore. If I can get the harness connector for the satellite connection. A friend says he can use the mode button to access the that stuff. If I find that little square connector. I'll get him to wright the directions down and I will post it up.
