Need to upgrade stock 6 disk cd player

[xx(]I'm looking at puting in a sub box in back, and was wondering if there was any way of replacing the in dash six disk changer with an after market head that has rca's and still keep the six disk changer. Do any companys make this, or am I going to have to replace the whole changer?[xx(]

I recently bought an adapter for my Pioneer p3500 that allows me to hook up RCA's to my head unit. Now I just run my IPOD instead of a CD changer. Having access to 1500 songs is kind of nice. And if you put it on shuffle you wont hear the same song again for awhile.

In addition they make a adapter with both rca's and pioneers changer hook-up. I'll look around and see if I can find a chrysler to ip-bus adapter. If I do I'll post the links for that too.

Actually what the hell was I thinking. Damn talk about making things too difficult. You just need a high/low converter hooked into your oem wiring harness. That will give you the RCA's and cut all the highs to the sub. They go for around 30 bucks.
